I am getting an offer from Nagarro as associate staff engineer.

My current CTC is 20,
Nagarro offering 27 max and 3lakh joining bonus.
Tech stack and yoe: AWS + NodeJS and 6.4 yoe

Intiatially they told they are considering me for staff engineer role but after interview they are offering associate staff engineer. Is it worth to join?

What is the minimum yoe required for associate staff engineer and staff engineer roles?

Is anyone from this bowl working at 6sense?

I might end up with an offer of 7 lpa with British council for sAp security. Currently I am with ibm at 4.89 lpa, I want to stay at IBM but not at this pay.
