It's been a couple years since I left TCS.
At the time, they would building their Salesforce practice, and I was interviewing with the Salesforce practice ( I was currently in the digital cloud practice ( AWS, Azure,Google).
The projects I was interviewing for were mostly POC, but were some well respected clients that you see in advertisements each day.
If you go with TCS, expect the following
....will be grassroots as opposed to well- established standard, which may pique your sense of adventure
TCS training highly encourages you to get certified with initiatives, they even have a Salesforce week.
Benefits are comparable to big companies, Ie. BofA, Citi, but no perks like Deloitte or Accenture.
TCS is the best of the WITCH firms.. a lot of your mood will depend on the project you are assigned to, like most consultancies...
I personally had a blast : good projects, and one of the best managers in my career, so my expectations were surpassed.
That was my experience at TCS too—I actually had the best manager of my entire career there.
Some of the dumb quirks like Lotus Notes for email and the expense system where a pain, but I don’t have a lot of complaints about the people I worked with.
Tata consulting services? Run run as fast as you can… you’re just going to be a body there.

Well paid, maybe. Wlb, absolutely not.
Worked there for a few years. Was not a fan. The AD / Client Partner role is quite high up and strategic though and you don't have to do a ton, except manage high level.
