Received an offer but contemplating joining because I’m not sure how quick and good the immigration team is. I’m currently on H1B on my second term, so need the PERM applied before end of 2023.

My mother in law got scammed by a con artist from the UK online and lost $7K (damn you Facebook!)

Her status in the US is currently complicated and she doesn’t have a green card(tho she’s working on it), my wife(her daughter) is American.

I want to report this to the FBI’s elder fraud department but I don’t want to complicate her situation even more.
