In my organization, most with my role are commission based. Been at a “top 5” agency for 2 years now and haven’t produced a single piece of work that I feel is book worthy. Granted, there is the whole global pandemic thing. But at what point do you start looking for a new job? Is 2 years long enough to at least get some cred for the name on the resume, despite not making anything great?

I feel like 80% of my job is producing. Is this normal, or am I just working with shitty producers?
