Hi fishers! I have offer and signed contract with Deloitte UK and my start day is in the beginning of April. I need skilled worker visa, and we haven’t applied yet for that. Screening and onboarding is in progress. Immigration team doesn’t reply since reached me out 1st time. How much time does it usually needed to go through the whole process? How many days take for visa to be approved since application?Deloitte

@OP, your experience will depend on which Gamma team you're in. They've reorganized since I left, but IIRC:
GAMMA C = Partner track consulting, closest tog generalist, same comp and everything else
Gamma X = Internal Gamma Product Dev team
Gamma S/A = Supporting Consulting track (not partner track) - definitely treated more 2nd tier despite often doing the work of Gamma C, comp is a bit lower
C will have the same progression as a generalist consultant.
WLB is still going to be rough for most groups. Gamma X might be more reasonable as I believe they're less client-facing.

The letters mean nothing. They're internal designations - - convoluted and nonsensical like a lot of things at MBB.
You'd know if you were applying to X - it's explicitly going to be described as such.
As for Gamma C - again that's pretty clear too - you'd be a heavy client-facing partner-track consultant.
And for Gamma S/A - - they'd describe your role more so as data science building or less client-side exposure.
Just read the job descriptions -- should be very straightforward last I checked.
