Guys I really need your advice. I accepted the offer from CTS on call for a different location. I will never relocate. Should I resign based on this offer. What's the probability I will get new offer in 3 months notice period. If on formal offer once generated by CTS on email, I deny will they consider me for my current location? Initially in all my email communication they denied my current location and I had no choice other than to accept the offer for a different location. Cognizant

@D1- On site = Amazon Office
Leadership principles and that’s it. Create examples that showcase those. Amazon people are too drunk on their coolaid so that’s all that matters. Other thing, try to figure out who your bar raiser is. Make sure you ace that interview. It’s usually a person from outside the business area you are interviewing for. He/she vetoes the decision
On the website you mean? When you say amazon on site!!
Yes. Did an on-site super day in Seattle. Great experience. 2 verbal “case studies”, 1 technical skills (product/program management - may as well have been another case), and 1 behavioral. Offer received.
Prep by studying their leadership principles and having in depth stories for each. Be personable, talk through your thought process, and know your shit. Very similar to EY interview process.
@Kpmg1: thanks. Is there a reference or book on type of questions?
It’s going to vary greatly based on what area of Amazon you’re going for. I would really, really focus on memorization of the principles (you can google them) and having stories for them. The interview team questions are all based on them outside of the case questions.
For the case, you really just need to be a problem solver. I had ZERO knowledge as a SME for my cases, but they wanted to see how I would solve the problem. I would assume that, as a consultant, you’ll be able to ask enough probing questions to gather information and form a first draft recommendation. That’s what they’re looking for.
Thanks @kpmg2
There are 12 or 14 leadership principles listed on their site, start with those
@kpmg2 : yeah we covered a few in my phone interviews.
