How's Societe Generale as a workplace, what's the culture and work like, average hike given and chances of Promotion? Should I consider it?

Are you all talking to recruiters? What are they saying about the market, signing bonuses, etc.?

Is there a “rate calculator” out there? Could’ve sworn I’ve seen one before. You would plug in your desired salary and it would translate it into what your day rate is.

Would you take a £10k pay rise to move to industry in a global role if it meant no promotion prospects and working with no team mates?

Is the compensation plan editable to allocate ex gratia amount updated post promotion this September.

If you put in your 2-week notice and they cut you off that same day for going to a competitor, would you still get paid for the remaining 2 week period? (Assuming it's the start of the period)

CBRE - 26fixed +2 rrb + 2 JB(after providing 31.5 ctc counter offer , 28 fixed 2.8 variable)
UST global - 31 fixed + 1.5 variable + 2 JB

Can anyone from @CBRE suggest what is the package they're providing , i think i am being lowballed by the HR CBRE UST Global.

I have an offer of around 39 LPA + bonus and my wife is holding an offer of 32 LPA in India. Now I have received another offer from a fintech organization in Berlin, Germany who are providing me 69k Euros as base salary + 5k Euros as RSU and also an on call support of 5k Euros annually + complete relocation assistance package. My wife currently doesn't have any offer for Germany and might need to search for a job after reaching there. Is it worth? Need your suggestions please.

We had evaluations and normally we have annual raises. I think my salary is under market value at $68k (plus OT) in Los Angeles (5 years of experience). I was told I am one of the top employees in the firm. When I asked about a raise, I was told “when you think about it at your level 5k to 10k doesn’t really matter it’s the long term goal that matters”. What would be your response to that, to a partner who is making 500-600k a year?
