The HR had shared a generic JD for Salesforce Developer with the interview schedule email. I called the recruiter to reconfirm that the interview was for Sales position.

In my interview the panel asked me support related questions, Salesforce limitation, present bugs in the Salesforce and Business Process Implementation. There were zero sales related questions.

Am I missing something?

I have an offer to join a startup as an APM. The only downside is that the engineering team is located offshore in India. I’m concerned about the resulting impact because of 1) the potential late night calls 2) the learning opportunities missed by not working with a US engineering team (communication tactics, translatable skills) 3) potential exit opps into FAANG pm roles due to not having experience with an onshore eng team. Would any one be able to speak to this from experience or share advice

MPLS CD salary range? CD/art relocated to MPLS during covid after a decade in NYC. I have had a unique, non-trad career. Got tapped to head/run/build in-house creative dept. at a high profile international design brand (not target). Truly a unique opportunity. Kicker—company wants to title role ACD but its not, its top creative mgmt role in company—headhunter agrees, can adjust title to CD. But, salary seems low, around 150-170k. I received an offer for 80k to work as a desktop engineer for TCS at one of their client’s locations. However, I have seen poor reviews for working at TCS and I’d like to get some feedback from anyone currently or had previously worked for that company. Have 3 busy seasons of big4 audit experience and going on 3 years in the finance/ops department of a F75 company. CPA and I’ve always been a top performer. I don’t have any interest in accounting and Primarily work on and enjoy improving processes at my company and am thinking about trying to do some type of process improvement consulting for financial service firms. I randomly applied for a job opening with a smaller tech company. Within five days, I got an offer that pays 62% more than my current salary! A part of me is exhilarated, but a part of me feels like I tricked them all. I didn’t lie during the interview, but I definitely played up some of my accomplishments. Hi Everyone, Started my career in government 5 years ago working in an operational role, then focussed on HR for 3 years working my way up to a middle manager role in HR as a business partner and completed my Level 7 CIPD.
