Anyone here work as an AE for SFDC? Looking to potentially switch gears here but am curious as to what comp and work life balance is like. Current OTE is 160k - 200k, SFDC role would be in MM and ideally I’d like to work up towards enterprise . Thoughts?

I’m graduating in December, with a background in environmental economics and policy. Consulting didn’t work out this cycle. Made it to final rounds for Bain and Kearney but in the end didn’t get an offer. I want to recoup and try again, but I’m worried that once I’m out of undergrad the door will be closed to starting in consulting.

What can I do to make this happen? I have friends and connections at Bain and Kearney and the other firms as well, but not sure if it’s feasible now.

Currently certified in AWS (CCP, SAA, and Security) and GCP (Security Engineer and Cloud Architect).

Like there was a number sequence: “1234567”, and it corresponded to a word: “Surgeon”.
