I have an offer in hand for 20L + 1L joining bonus
Exp:5 yrs

I have expectation of 23L fixed. I attended few and I have cleared interviews of 5 companies but no one is providing me offer. I have only 10 days more.

When I speak with them, they say everything is positive but making me wait.

Why they are trying to delay the offer?

Thoughts about loading up TSLA, APPL, MSFT, SQ at this price point ? Also, is ZOOM already way overpriced ?

It happened. Tenant says he can’t pay. He claims covid was the reason but he was having job issues before covid. I’m sure covid made it harder to find employment. He was fairly highly paid in 2019 and says savings are depleted. Any assistance programs I see for him he is above the income limits. Is there anything on the land lord side ? I assume banks may defer payments which won’t really help the situation.
