What is your companies medical insurance like?
I think my company has not so good insurance but that’s just compared to friends I know that work down at the docks/port.
Current medical plan - single person.
plan is level 2 out of 3 tiers.
$97 a month blue anthem ppo
$1700 deductible
$4000 out of pocket max
100% preventive covered
80% diagnostic covered AFTER deductible hit
80% prescription covered AFTER $200 deductible hit…
Thinking about having surgery for my knee and this seems costly

Got messaged by a C3 . ai recruiter. Read that wlb is bad and that the interview process is absurdly long, but the Glassdoor reviews are 4.2 and can't find actual hours worked posted by anyone. How's the culture really? I'd be aiming for DS consulting, something more functional but with DS/ML concepts as my differentiator.

It’s possible you’re on the wrong dose or medication. Much like anxiety and depression there is a level of trial and error for dosing and medication.
You can try a sleepy time tea and melatonin these are natural sleep aids. You can also cut all screen time 45 minutes before you go to bed and add meditation to help you relax.
I think you need to add workout to the mix
That’s a good point—I use my workout at the end of the day as both a way to signify to my brain that work is done as well as a way to get out any remaining energy.
You might just be jacked up on stress tbh. I never take my second dose later than 1:30/2 but I have trouble sleeping when I’m amped up on stress. Then want to sleep all weekend because my body and mind are exhausted.
Huh so stress has not changed, just that with the meds, I cannot sleep
Google sleep music or nap time music. The slow melodic tunes help slow down my racing brain when I am trying to sleep and fight the urge to keep doom scrolling
Taking vitamin C around 5pm helps them wear off quicker in my experience. CBD helps too
Start taking your meds earlier in the day. Be more consistent with your sleeping schedule. Listen to white noise in the backgrounf
