Hey all, do you guys have any recommendations for low carb/high protein Indian diets? I am a South Indian, never feel satiated if I don’t eat my rice. Also not a big fan of rotis. Please pour in what other foods/recipes/advice you have!

Feel like I’ve hit a plateau at 18 lbs total over 2 months. I keep it under 20g carbs per day. Have an indulgence maybe every 2 weeks (usually during a work event, gotta have a beer with the ‘bros’)

For those of you who had an allergic reaction to the COVID vaccine, how did you get a vaccine exemption? I had mine last year, experienced vertigo for 3 days, but didn't go to the doctor (since it went away the 4th day). I checked the CDC website, saw vertigo isn't listed under normal symptoms, and cancelled my appointment for the 2nd dose.
