Hi, I'm leaving Citi in 2 months. It's hard to make this decision. I have an offer from a small startup. In citi, my previous experience was not considered and was reskilled to different tech which is the reason for change.I don't like to exit citi. As I like the company so much. But considering my current knowledge,I am in the middle of the sea.I am afraid now that the new company's offer would be revoked due to this recession?Or can I take back my resignation in citi before the last working day.Is this wise decision?

Guys did you hear the big news???
Hi Guys,
I had referred my friend in CTS, who joined in Feb 2022 & will complete 3 months (active payroll) on 15-May-2022. I received a mail confirming my referral acceptance.
Meanwhile, I have handed in my papers & am serving my notice period with my LWD being 23-May-2022. In this case, will I receive the referral bonus?

McKinsey & Company Just had the first of my final round interviews with McKinsey & Company. A bit taken aback as the interviewer specifically asked me to share a PEI story that I have not shared with the previous round interviewers. I have not heard of other case partners who had the same experience and they were usually able to share the same stories as they did in the first round. Any insights on this? Thanks much!

I'm not a great fan of Allen Edmonds. I have a couple of pairs and they're not that comfortable. And not that cheap! For men's black shoes, invest in a pair of Guccis (not horsebit loafers, just regular lace ups) and look after them and you won't regret it.
I think AE just does that for the pics. The tied laces are hidden from view
Yeah OP you clearly don't know what open VS closed lacing is and therefore what an oxford is. It's labeled as an oxford, but it's not an oxford, unless AE is being hipster and redefining what an oxford is
I have a pair of those shoes but with more brogue. LAX version? They are extremely comfortable and are my favorite shoes accordingly. I've probably gotten 100? days of use and the bottoms are still going reasonably strong. No real difference to normal shoes in that respect. I suppose that the sole is proprietary to AE so if they stop making them they could not be rebuilt, but I'm not too worried. I might in fact buy the pair you linked since that's a nice price.
That is a blucher. Leather quality is not as good as their core lineup, such as the park ave. They should keep their lasts so you can recraft unless they close shop.
Couldn't find any reviews. Thanks fellas
Isn't that not an oxford? Looks like an open lacing system to me. Never tried it myself
but are they posh
Just looked up the terminology. Yes it seems to be contradictory. Thanks for the enlightenment A1!
Thanks KPMG1! And glad I can be of help with your shopping desires
