Yes, the difference in premiums for us (fam of 5) is enough to fully fund our HSA so we only lose if we have roughly between roughly 8k and 10k medical expenses. Window might even be smaller haven't done the math yet this year.
You could make the argument that we win regardless as we can choose to not use the HSA funds and let them grow tax free plus get CC rewards on the spending.
