Anyone working as a Product Manager at West Monroe . ?
What is the expected comp at M(principal product manager) and SM(senior principal product manager)?are you expected to work out of the West Monroe office? And how often do you travel ? Are the majority of your clients remote or require you to fly Mon-Thursday ? If someone is willing to chat and answer a few questions , would appreciate it !
You should be able to see the comp on the job posting. In office guidelines are 2-3 days a week in office or at the client, but generally it’s pretty lax and up to your discretion. I probably avg 1-2 days (sometimes 0) but no one really checks, more dependent on your project team and their expectations. Colocating is encouraged. Travel is client dependent, some projects had no travel, max I had had is 1 or 2 trips a month ranging from 2-4 days each. Not a product manager but at the same career level in another practice. I’ve averaged 15-25 nights away per year I’ve been here.
