Currently EY India, 5 years of relevant work ex. Being offer L2 (Senior) role only at EY UK, 50k pounds, worth taking or is it lesser than standard UK salary?

Separately with the relevant experience should I negotiate for a L3 (Manager)?

Any companies pulling back on recruiting or freezing hiring altogether?

Bajaj finance is extending an offer to me for Pune location of 16 LPA fixed. My current fixed is 11 LPA. Is this offer good enough ?

Can someone suggest if fixed pay is fair or low or high according to current standards. If it's low, how high should I quote to HR

I'm the hiring mgr for designers in my org. I recently discovered pay band information given to me by the HR generalist I'm working with on hiring was outdated and updated bands had been released over the summer (prior to my hire date). The outdated information had led me to believe a prime candidate was out of range. Aside from incompetence, can anyone think of a reason why HR might have withheld information about the pay bands? I assume mgrs see the full monty when it comes to pay...right?

This is my first job in a large corporate company, and I’m trying to gauge how long it normally takes to move from entry level to another internal position in the insurance industry. I have been applying internally for a year now and I am wondering if this is normal or if my company is just slow? I am a top performer, with great metrics, and I have some wonderful connections I’ve made who support me. I just can’t seem to move up. How long did it take you to move up? How many tries did it take?

Which companies generally recruit for Healthcare consultants and what kind of skillset they look for, now a days?

I’ve practiced litigation in DC for about 5+ years at a larger plaintiffs’ firm, and am considering a switch to a defense firm. Is there any insight to how many billable hours this would require, and how much time that would actually be? For reference, the firm has a 1900 billable hour requirement and the partner said I would have “no problem” fulfilling that based on the work they have.

I got interviewed at KPMG and got positive feedback. I am offered consultant position and was asked to share my documents with expected salary. It has been 3 days now and no has called me negotiation any further.
