Not that I'm aware of. That's the beauty of applying for jobs externally.

Is the posting available on the external job page? If so you can just apply there. In most firms your manager doesn't get contacted until you're far along in the hiring process

I interviewed for the position of Associate Human Capital Advisory role at KPMG. I cleared my first round but for the second round tgey gave me 2 case studies and one excel assessment to be completed in 2.5 hours. I think I messed up the case studies and just wrote the approach and recommendations but didn't include any other preferable portions. Is there a minimum cutoff for these assessments?

I work as a Cyber Security Analyst at a small bank. Just finished interviewing at Amazon as a Risk Specialist I on their Fraud Prevention team. Does anyone know much about their Fraud roles?

All, this is my first post and I just want to share that I passed the first Amazon interview for Technical Program Manager and am heading to on-site virtual interviews! I have 20 years of corporate tech in a traditional F500 company (top 50). The only thing I can say that I like about my current job is the work-life balance and some of the people. But the work itself is soul crushing and the industry is stagnant. To those who are 40+ years old, is it crazy to change now?

Tata Consultancy Hi fishies, I recently interviewed for a Big data dev role for Autodesk but it's via a third party called Applicantz. Initially the contract is for 1 year, which can be extended. There is also scope of Autodesk hiring permanently after 6 months or 1 year. Can anyone provide some reviews about Autodesk and third party Applicantz. Usually I would not have considered anything via a third party, but the company(Autodesk) seems great and work discussed seems good as well.

Hi guys. Has anyone attended the @Autodesk frontend interview? How was your experience?

I applied for a job and the recruiter reached out to me. I like to do research on the company and position so when I speak with the recruiter or have the interview I’ll be prepared especially when it comes to salary expectations. I can’t find the salary for this role anywhere or reviews. Why could that be?

I'm actually still interviewing other places of course and think it would be good to mention but idk how to say it.

Thanks

Hello Fishes,

I have got my L2 Dependent Visa stamped for the US through the Wife's organization and she has booked the tickets for the both of us in the next weekend. I am currently unallocated in TCS and seeking projects in the same US location as my Wife. Can I travel to the US just like that and then continue my search within TCS from there or do I need any approvals to even fly in the first place?

I am worried because of the time crunch and will be glad to hear some points on this.

I recently changed roles and companies. Went from full accounting into a senior/associate investment Analyst role.

I basically went from creating and implementing models with my colleagues and managers.

The thing is i was used to have inputs when needed from my managers for my models. Now I'm in a senior position with not much support for something I haven't done since uni
