I’m in contact with all of the leading headhunters (e.g., CPI, ratio, amity, hsp, DSP) that handle most of the top consultant friendly firms, and they email about ops and send my resume, but I just get a limited amount of interviews. I know LEK is not MBB so I know that is definitely a headwind, but anything I could do to try and get interviews? Thanks in advance

We’re starting to interview for my copywriter partner this week, but I don’t have any creative leadership above me (I’m also the only creative with agency experience at the company) so I’m nervous about being the only one looking at prospective partners.

After the first interview I heard back the following day saying that they wanted to meet for a second one. It’s been about 4 days now since the second interview, which felt like it went great, and still haven’t heard anything. Am I being impatient or should I have heard back by now? I currently work at a large research institution and am in the process of getting retroactively reclassified to a new title (Long story but my PI is cheap and routinely pays ppl the bare minimum so now the Union is helping me w/ a retro reclass.)
