Hey fishes, I cleared my 2nd round tech interview for SAP IBP process and waiting for the result. HR called me 2-3 days after my interview and told me you are selected and there will be client call in next week and we are preparing to schedule the same. But I don't why they are scheduling client call with me before me joining nagarro? Is this normal process? What if I get rejected in client interview? Nagarro
Spent 4+ years as CMO of startup company. It was an incredible learning experience but also a very difficult uphill battle trying to steer the owners and the company in the right direction. I’ve just exited the company as of 11/18. The owners expected to storm the marketplace and emerge as a number one brand at only 6 years old without putting in the work.Company had a very hard time understanding the concept of a unique value proposition. Hoping to find a new remote (full time) position ASAP

Looking to get an internship at a Big 4. I’m a non traditional student. Currently in my last semester of school will graduate this fall with a Bachelors in accounting. Worked in the industry for 11 years with USAA most recent position Business Risk and Controls Advisor. I’m currently studying for the enrolled agent exam as the opportunity was presented to me working part time at Intuit as a tax associate. Any advice on how to get into the Big 4? EY PwC Deloitte KPMG
I used to work @ aapl in this group. They are the procurement team for all components. Very stressful especially during new product releases.
Lol no... mine they pulled up a spreadsheet with all the components, costs and required quantities for a part... asked which things I would question in a negotiation / would need more info on
Was invited to final rounds then chose BCG instead... they’re reaching out like crazy on LinkedIn these days
Interviewed for the same position a while back. First two rounds were pretty easy but I definitely felt under qualified in the second interview and wasn’t the right fit. Pay didn’t seem to be what I expected/wanted to leave consulting either. Good luck though!!
Engineer + mba + experience in tech ops
I hear a lot of travel to China too... depending on what category you end up in
I went through the interview process and got an offer that I decided to turn down. Send me a burner email if you want to chat more! Best of luck.
For me it was a 30k raise with a 25k signing bonus and 105k stock that vests over four years.
HOWEVER it required moving from a tier 2 city to super expensive place (Bay Area) so when you consider cost of living the base pay was comparable
Very interested in hearing more about this. Dropping my burner: fbinfoapple@gmail.com hope we can chat!
@BCG1 Have initial rounds soon and feel under qualified haha...Was it tough?
What’s your background ? Trying to gauge the talent they’re looking to 🎯
Even in my first round there was a pretty technical procurement “case study” (very different from consulting)... how to think about negotiating/costing etc
@bcg1 I'd flunk that so quickly sans preparation
I went through the full process - first two rounds were pleasant and final in-office is full day of interviews. Interviewers were pretty hit or miss (eg some are easy to get along with, some literally look at their phone the entire interview)...expect some supplier negotiation oriented questions
I remember they reached out to me years ago, and then went radio silent on me...
We have several alumni in that position OP
“A horse trots x miles in y hours. How many yards per minute is that?" Isn’t that the kind of interview question they ask?
Eesh very classic purchasing job
I know someone with the same title in Shanghai office. She is 4 years out of undergrad
Was it a pay cut?
