I completed, sent back, then received an email requesting me to complete a HireVue video assessment. I emailed the recruiter just asking to clarify if I should expect behavioral or technical questions in the assessment. She followed up saying she’s in the process of setting up two video interviews and for me to provide availability.

I have observed that people on testing domain or frontend are getting better pay than other new tech domains like blockchain, cyber security, data sci etc(4-11yr exp) .
For less than 4 years experience new tech job gettig good pay but others getting very less.

MBB AP about to exit to non-FAANG tech. Would you expect a signing bonus and/or pre-determined severance pay if things don't work out with the new company? Anything else that people have negotiated during their exit? I'd be leaving a large amount of bonus on the table to leave before the end of the year.

Why do Big 4 firms interview you for a specific position level and then try to make you come in below that level...

That would be a lateral move for me in terms of level which be okay if at least it was a good pay increase but Their quoted pay range for the lower level would make it almost a lateral move financially too..
