Do I send a Thank You email to the recruiter?
EPAM Systems I applied through Naukari for Data Engineer position and received an email from Privacy_Notice saying 'Would like to consider you a job opportunity at EPAM'. I have accepted the terms and conditions in the policy and it's been 5 days now.
Would like to know how long it takes to schedule an interview after accepting the policies?
Thanks in advance!

They may show your current manager initiative if related to your current role, but it would be very rare to see a pay increase or promotion associated with it. Take them if they look interesting to you, but not solely for the resume.
Thank you. I’m trying to build out my resume to change job as my company is unable to support my current visa status
I would say yes and no. Some employers will just look at your education and past employment and really don't care about certifications especially free ones. Ones that usually count are the ones that you have to pay big bucks for. However, to some employers taking these free courses show that you are a go getter, willing to learn, and are ambitious to further your education and/ or career. So I would say if you have the time, love what you are doing or learning, and they are free it will not hurt you!
Not really. I'd look at degrees and internship experience much more closely.
They can. Your internship experience and professional experience matter more. If you can't fill your resume you can certianly add them on there, it won't hurt to have them. But if you have enough on your resume you can leave them off.
Based on experience, yes they do knowing that they come from top business schools. Those certifications will likely help you as someone who just graduated and is on the quest of collecting work experience.
