Majority of LinkedIn posts I have seen from incoming MBA class at HBS and the likes have been people with 5-10 years experience for class of 2023. Why is that so this year and what happened to the 2-3 years category?

Working on some law firm applications tonight and it sucks that I know that I am so capable and have a strong work ethic but firms can’t see beyond grades or the fact that I didn’t go to a t14 law school or prestigious undergrad. I’ve worked twice as hard and feel like I’ve barely even gotten half as much. It’s discouraging sometimes especially because I worked so hard with pretty much no guidance (first gen, poc, low-income) to get into college and do well and then get into a t30 law school

It's been a challenging year for me, including a rejection from GSAP. This week, I got into my top choice MBA program - and an M7 to boot! Just goes to show that sometimes Deloitte's decisions can be misaligned to the greater world.
I hope that Deloitte gives me the chance to be a good brand ambassador - but at the point, it's up to the firm if I even consider coming back :)

I’m have a new theory about why juniors always feel like idiots and wanted to see if anyone else thinks this makes sense. Asking because TTP is religiously advising on untimed strategy, but I’m currently struggling with timing especially CR; untimed sessions often make me take 3-4 minutes per question (80-90% accuracy).
