Are y’all trying find a firm where you can coast or build skills?! Im at a firm where I was promised lots of experience but they haven’t delivered. I’m planning on lateraling but hesitate at times bc the firm is a good place to coast….After all the hard work I put into getting these degrees, surviving BL, completing a federal clerkship I feel like I owe it to myself to keep on the grind (in a healthy way tho) but sometimes I’m just like f*ck it.
