When searching for multiple jobs, do you research the work culture before applying for a position? Does the work culture even come to mind?

What are some strategies for a current 3L looking for a job to overcome many jobs asking for several years of experience? Should I even apply? I have some experience from internships, but is it enough

Let's say you were dinged without interview in R1 but improved your test score significantly. Anyone have any idea if they may reconsider you for R1 if you sent the new test scores in?

Did a first interview with hr rep, went very well. she set up the hiring manager meeting for a few days later. Met with the manager. Another great conversation, went over time and was told I’d hear back about panel set up. Following day I get a request from hr rep to “continue the conversation” with manager. This is set up Tuesday.
Why do you think the manager wants to meet again? Good? Bad? I felt great about the interview when we ended.

My current role is hybrid with at least two days a week in office. However, with the potential economic downturn, I'm considering holding on to the role to supplement my income.
