I am a associate java developer having knowledge and experience on Java, Spring mvc, Spring boot, Hibernate, MySQL. Recently I have joined another IT company. The surprising thing is they are providing training on Scala Programming language .I don't have any knowledge about Scala Programming, Slick and Postgresql. Is Scala developer having good future and demand. Can I better to try for other company to stay in java technology only. EY Infosys Cognizant

Reach out to local chiros and urgent cares in your area. Most of these cases start with a Chiro - a good relationship will get you far
If you have local organizations, join them. It’s also a great idea to get friendly with treating doctors and they’ll refer you cases.
You can also try networking in places where a lot of the successful PI attorneys hang out. In my area there’s a ton of PI attorneys that go to Equinox and through networking there I got 40-50 referrals last year alone.
Networking is the best way. Attending professional groups gatherings, use social media by posting interesting facts and then adding how to contact you. Become an authority on your speciality of law.
