As a tech consultant, what's a good way to sell/present myself for a strategy role? I've got 0 experience doing anything related to strategy and have an interview for a strat associate role🙃

Hi all - asking for advice for a friend who resigned from his job (w/o job lined up) due to unethical and likely fraudulent actions leadership were taking. He tried to reason with the leadership team (c-suite, small company), but had no effect, so resigned since he would have to execute on those unethical/fraudulent decisions. He was only at this company for 3mo. He's looking for a new job and trying to figure out: what does he say when interviewers ask him why he left? Thank you in advance!

I started out as a graphic designer. Worked for about 4yrs in different roles. Then i started a digital design role for 2 yrs and then made my transition into ux. i have been in a ux role for 5 years. But i want to steer my career towards something more creative. Like in 5-10 years I wouldn’t want to be a specialist or a ux director. I d like to be an art director or creative director. I love branding & marketing but also product. Would love something that allows me to do both?

Millennials like us always assume we’re about to get fired - I actually have been laid off in a meeting with that title. So i have been fortunate that i have managed to go through my career without the need for a degree. I was lucky enough to have been hired by one of the worlds top consulting firms, worked with a whole lot of big clients and travelled a lot. It's gotten to the point where I am not even asked about the lack of a degree on my resume. Personally though, it bothers me. I have a whole bunch of certifications in my industry…but just no formal degree. (cont'd)
