As an English-Speaking American, when reaching out to agencies in France, should I speak French or English? My French is pretty poor but I don’t want to be seen as an arrogant American who’s expecting another culture conform to my language. Thanks!

Love how BS credit score is. Got my score up to 800 last month only to go on vacation so my credit utilization went up to 8% due to the increased spending and my score dropped 35 points because I didn’t immediately pay the balance after charging the purchases.
