I believe working from the inside out. Make peace with everything you are and are not. Accept the journey of your life as unique to you. Change your skin care routine. Take vitamin C D and E Supplements if your need to and drink lots of water. Finally get enough sleep

Finally, I am sure you are stunning at any age

I had issues with my body in my teens and in my 20’s. It is getting to the point where I need to stop with that, will always have something to not like, have to find the things I DO like and celebrate that. Practice everyday finding the things you love about yourself and it will start to manifest!

I really like this article but also really resonate with it.

You're not alone in this. If you want any tips on skin care though, I've been using products with arbutin or bearberry extract as the key ingredients. It's supposed to be great for skin with darker tones and I've been loving it so far.

I love Halle Berry and I love her even more after reading this article. Thanks for sharing OP! Also, I agree with M1. If you can focus on aging with grace and accept your journey, I think your beauty will radiate. And ofc, no problem at all in taking some extra care to prevent skin losing moisture and elasticity!

I'm an RN of 7 years, experience as a coordinator, on committees and do all the things. But now I just don't want to go to work anymore. I have anxiety every morning over nothing, just having to go perform my job. I could do my job in my sleep so I'm just lost and confused. My body is clearly sending me messages to leave. But where do I go? I think I need to step out of patient care.

Any WFM nurses out there? Better work-life balance??

It’s looking like my job is gonna start asking us to return to the office. We have an open office plan and before we wfh FT I would save all my work for my telework days bc I can’t get shit done in the office. I’m having major anxiety about them making this decision. I know I’m not alone that people don’t want to return to the office. My ADHD and the open office just makes working from the office a nightmare and I’m feeling really nervous and kind of resentful.

For those who were diagnosed as an adult can you provide some insight into how you were able to obtain a diagnosis. I went to my primary care dr who referred me to another dr who specialized in mental health. He asked me about 5 questions before telling me I should see a neuropsychologist for an official assessment. The referral he gave me is super pricey and apparently isn’t covered by insurance. Is that normal?

Macro tracking & body building experts - what should my macros & calorie count be if I want to lost 10-15 lbs? I'm 142 (due to stress and hormonal changes).

I want to get down to 128lbs.

My scale's app says my BMI is 25.3 - just hitting into the overweight bar & 19.8% fat.

Used to be around 23 BMI and 18% fat pre-pandemic in 2019.

I tried the macro calculators but I'm getting mixed guidance

Hey folks - I have an inquiry on my credit for a gym membership I “failed to cancel”. I had previously left this gym as it closed during pandemic, and shifted to a new location. In doing so, I informed the gym I would be leaving. However, I recently checked my credit and saw that my membership had not been cancelled and had been sent to collections (prompting an inquiry and dropping my score).

Has anyone experienced this, and is aware of next steps to take here?

Hello,

I moved to USA in 2017 on F1 visa. I was not selected for H1-B in the 3 years of my OPT. While my company is transferring me to Canada and can potentially get me back on L1 visa, the shifting situation is stressing me out. The thought of moving to another country in a couple of months is causing a lot of anxiety and tough luck with the lottery is making me feel depressed.

Any suggestions on how to cope with the situation? (Please be considerate in the comment) Thanks in advance!
