Only works if you had work life balance before the shutdown

Yeah that's definitely not work life balance. I think it's an issue with your service line/management/office, not corona WFH
I set time blocks on my calendar once the day is over. If I get to 5/6 and my client hasn’t scheduled a last minute meeting, I throw an hour on my calendar and I disappear (make dinner, catch up with people, etc).
IMO - if it isn’t an urgent ask from the client, then it isn’t a good enough reason for me to work 12+ hours.
I do this but it’s on my calendar every day, regardless. Starting at 5:30 I have a big “DNS” block til midnight. It’s my time!

I just don’t look at my work phone once i’m done for the day.
It really has to do with productivity for me. If I feel I get enough done I'll call it a day.
Don’t give into the guilt. Especially if you’re managing to complete the necessary work within the normal week. Because when you’re on the other end of the spectrum where you’re overworked, you’ll be missing these days.
