Aside from salary, what are some benefits you look for when applying for a new job? Are they non-negotiables or just nice to have? I personally would be looking for some sort of tuition assistance or reimbursement but that’s not a requirement. A fitness reimbursement would also be really nice - I know some people who get classpass memberships as part of their benefit package. A non-negotiable would be a 401K match. In today’s world, how can we ever expect to retire without one?

My sister had received an offer letter for the "Functional Consulting - Analyst" role on 7th September, 2021. Been over a year now but have not heard back anything.

Although when we were able to get in touch with an HR, we were assured that we would be receiving a call letter after a month/week but that was 4-6 months back... No correspondence since then.

Anyone in a similar situation? Is there a clear way to know when the call letter would be released?
