So should I buy Tesla or too late ?
I had interviewed for an internship position at EY for technology consultant program for summer 2022 and got a call where they extended an offer. I wanted to know if I can defer the internship offer to fall 2022 or a later start date after summer.
I apologize as I cannot reply to a comment or DM on this platform to anyone, but thanks for your answers in advance.

They are forcing us to pick any upcoming Saturday's to return the assets, that to we need to report the office by 10 am to return the system. Does this "return to pick up" option in Ultimatix still works or we need to go to office only to return the system.? Tata Consultancy

The things you mention are all solid considerations. I'd add to that PTO that would let me take a substantial vacation plus some other time here and there. And perhaps some kind of hybrid working situation if not a remote setup. I suspect remote work is probably going to be phased out for the most part, but it would be good to get some kind of assurance on that.
Non-negotiable to me is health and dental insurance (with option to add my dependents). I'd also say PTO is a non-negotiable. Remote or hybrid work is preferred in my situation but I am willing to negotiate on how much time I spend in the office
401k, solid PTO, and flexibility. The biggest thing I look for is if bosses are flexible on working hours / appointments vs making me take PTO for doctors appts, etc. it’s the biggest thing I love about my current job is if I’m done at 2pm, I can leave and no one minds. Same for possibility of hybrid work.
I always look for either more or the same number of days off. That’s pretty non-negotiable for me
401k match, flexibility in working remotely, and PTO time
