How can I get into another big 4 consulting firm? I don't have connections

I need your advise. I recently join ey and received offer from another big 4. Who is giving me extra ctc of rs 1.70 lakh after tax and 1 lakh Joining bonus and not ready to increase it more. Is this price enough to leave ey in a one month. Please advise

Audit Partners — Do you see longterm profitability of audit in general? Is it going to be worth being a partner, financially, given the risk you take on, in 10-15 years? With audit bids increasingly being driven way down by competition, & lower level resources demanding (much) higher pay than it was historically, I’m not convinced the partner track is still as enticing as it was pre-Covid. Seems like the job market/higher staff pay alone has GOT to be taking a huge cut into partner pay.

Really fed up with my firm and need somewhere to vent. Joined last year as a SC with 6 years experience in particular field.
