At a boutique firm for just over a year, I know this isn’t the best place for my growth, but a promotion is coming. Am I better of sticking around or try to go to MBB or big 4 at an associate level?

I accepted an offer from another consulting firm and my H1B visa has also been transferred. I have not joined the new role yet. However I had been interviewing with another firm and expecting an offer I know this is not the best practice but is it allowed to accept another offer even though H1 transfer has been approved through another employer? If I accept the second offer does this raise any red flags with USCIS as they potentially see 2 almost consecutive visa transfer requests?

I’m a newer registered nurse (2 years) and want to get into remote work. Fellow introverts...can I only advance in my career if I take on a leadership role? The thought of this terrifies me.
