Till last July I was earning 12 LPA, now I switch to a product based with 30 LPA. Where 27 is the base. Monthly I pay 45k tax.
Things that i am doing already is LIC = 40 k , SSA= 50 k (for my kid) and tution fees = 25 K .So altogether withPF other superannuation fund I can show 1.5 Lakhs in 80 C.

Junior associate here, should I ask for more money if my firm is about 10-15 percent less hours but about 30 percent less pay? In Iowa, there is no Overtime pay mandate, the overtime pay is at the discretion of the business. I received 58.6 hours of base pay for the week.

If the company makes less than $1 million per year or does not engage in intercontinental sales, the company is not required to pay the overtime rate of time and a half, just your base rate.

I received an offer for 80k to work as a desktop engineer for TCS at one of their client’s locations. This past year was/is the worst in my life by far. Aside from all the Covid mess we’ve all dealt with I lost a parent, an in-law, my spouse has decided they no longer want to be married and my grandmother is in hospice with days left. Sorry to be a downer but I just needed to throw my worries out there in hopes they never come back.
