Hello ZSers,
I have been shortlisted for AC role and my HR discussion is scheduled next week.
1. Need some insights on the maximum and minimum ctc (fixed and variable) that can be offered for 3 yoe (all relevant) . My current ctc is 7.2 (6.5 fixed) . Tech stack - Big data and AWS developer.
2. Is there any joining bonus. If yes , what should be the ask.
Any inputs will be very helpful for me to go with my expectations to the HR. Thanks!

For us it’s standard to make partner between 6-8 years (whether you’re coming in out of undergrad or business school)
Are you really a Partner?
Cool. 2-3 years per level and then 4-never at SM. It’s really hard to expedite the process.
Lol he/she could be coming from outside. Ya it’s 2-3 generally. However, it increases as you get to M and SM. Those can be 4 - 6 years
Our avg ASC-Partner is 6.5 years. Anywhere from 1.5-3 as ASC, EM, AP.
1-4 depending on the tenure (some tenures have fast tracks too).
We do about two years at each role up to
Manager (analyst, consultant, senior consultant), then it starts stretching to 3-5 years until you make partner. Manager and senior manager (especially SM) on our traditional consulting team are more sales-focused, rather than execution/delivery
