OW1- no. I'm referring to real profit sharing. So if OW made $100 profit, you get 1% share. Perf linked bonuses are generally carved out after the other profit lions have had their share
Yes - I mean profit sharing (as per my post). Not retirement contribution or performance bonuses. In McK - Associate Partners (4-5 years post n school) start getting it
Everyone gets it.
Partner
Day one at Accenture. 15% stock discount or 50% match (w/staggered vesting) for MDs. Firm does well, you do well.
A1- what proportion of your total Comp is from stock? ATK1- are you being serious?
We get what is called wealth builder, which is firm contribution to the retirement fund. Starts at 4% of base pay and can go up to 12% depending on the level and tenure with the firm.
You need to be specific about what you mean. All firms have bonus based at least partially on firm performance. I assume you mean something more akin to partner-level profit sharing?
Wealth builder is essentially identical to any other 401k match. Not a share of profits
P2: thanks for clarifying. I stand corrected.
We have a bonus that's based on firm-wide performance that everyone gets. So does that count or not?
Believe at Accenture that is Manager an above - that could be straight out of B school or 1/2 years post depending on how you're hired (think people from B School are usually hired at SC/M depending on background).
Every year, but for AC's and C's vests 100% at 3 years. Ends up being ~$40K additional bonus for AC's and around $80K for C's
OP yes, everyone gets profit sharing (if one is declared that year).
B1 - are those #s per yr or estimated total after 3yr vesting?
Total after 3 year vesting. Those are good years (which we've had since the last recession).
