Anyone able to give me a referral for Facebook (Meta) or Google?
I am a paralegal with 8 years of experience in the legal industry (+ Fortune 500). I was just diagnosed with a serious health condition and I’m looking for new remote position, that is challenging and offering high pay and benefits. Facebook (Meta) & Google currently have openings for positions that align with my skills. I kind ask that you simply share some tips, if you are unable to offer a referral. THANKS!

Yes - technical expertise, deep content knowledge, building out the future of their field
Largely as McK1 says - but at the AP and partner level you are not expected to do the same as integrative (not generalist) track partners. So called “generalists” all need to be experts in something. But they also counsel executives across the full range of their issues (ie outside their core field, bringing in other experts as needed, hence integrative). Expert track colleagues need to be continually pulled-in - ie their expertise needs to be so good others want to pull them in - that’s the market test.
We have a level called Distinguished Engineer which is the same band as a partner . Deep tech expertise is the yard stick . No sales target . But generally lower pay than partners
IBM likely the only company where people with only sales targets have the hardest path to partner.
Yes, we have an Expert track
Thanks!
Not really an option at PwC. If you’re a technical resource, you’re more valuable to the Partner community by being billable, not as a Partner.
Of course!
