Tata Consultancy Infosys Cognizant Wipro I have completed all the technical and HR rounds and salary discussion, documents submission also done. But all of sudden got mail from hr saying that my profile is kept on hold. Any possibility that I will receive offer letter or it will be in hold forever? Meantime can I attend interview for other positions in hcl?

My wife has her joining date extended from Randstad and no joining date has been provided. What are the chances of her offer getting revoked. She has around 1 year of experience in HR. She got to know about this just on the last day of her notice period. She doesnt have any other offer as she didnt expect the joining date to get extended. Randstad. I have got an offer at Wells Fargo for the role Technology Business Systems Consultant and my total YOE is 4.8 into Testing (Manual and Automation)
Is this role relevant to my experience or is it a role for much experienced person than me?
Any idea or information that what is the pay usually offered for this position?
Please provide your thoughts and suggest whether I should change 1. My role or 2. Request for more pay

Look for opportunities in tcs ,wipro n others .even they pay more than 3lpa(5,8 lpa) also for beginners
Some 9 years back I was at your place. Even the figures! But I would tell you something. Right now you cannot afford to go wild with "what if". It is a gamble and if you lose, you will be out of the race forever even. Just focus on getting some experience. Give atleast a year or two. Complete your bond-period worth of years and you can even ask for a 15+ lpa (why stop at 6?).

I was in the same situation, as a fresher I joined a company they put me in worst project with no wlb and 12-14 hrs of work mostly filling excel sheets, there was 2y bond so could not switch also, Believe me after working there for 3years my career was badly affected I lost all technical skills and got no real experience to show in interviews, had to work very very hard to revive my career. So be careful
Keep applying and make a portfolio of projects. Post updates on the linked in and reach out to the recruiters with proper cover letter and resume. You might find a better offer.
Grab it, there is nothing is free in IT & IB sector .gain experience & upgrade your self.
If there was no bond i would have said it will be better to take the offer but 2.5 year is a big time frame I think you will get better offer then these

Now a days attrition is also big concern so if company is investing in you they wlll surely make a bond or cotract in initial stage for freshers..Its normal
Don't lose the offer. It's very hard to get job at initial stage. Gain experience and learn technical skills then transition to another company for good package
Screw them, find better opportunities or stay home and upskill
