Is it misleading to just look at Total Compensation from a $ dollar value/ Total Compensation seems to be much more subjective than base salary in terms of its value. Some factors might be:

RSUs granted on dollar value or by # of shares & stock price trends
Vesting schedule
strike price on ISOs & delta between strike price and real market value

For instance, most of value in Amazon's comp seems to be granted in years 3 & 4, but it's well known that most people last only 2 years max there.

I work 2 part-time jobs. I just requested a pay raise at my ABA job which they approved on by 10%. My other job is in Mental Health has a flat rate with no chance to request a raise, turns out I'm not required to work the full 20hrs/Week meaning that when there's no work to complete I won't be getting paid.
