How are the mulesoft projects in LTI?

Hi. I am desperate to change jobs. I have two offer in hands: Deloitte Hyderbad on a contract basis with 15% hike and KPMG Bangalore FTE with 25% hike. I like Deloitte as a brand better.
None of of these two companies are willing to offer more saying that they have a tight budget.

Which one should I take? Please help me decide.

1.Wipro will give any hike after completing probation period of 6 months??
2. And is there band change will happen after completion of probation period?
I have joined Wipro as fresher certified SAP SD consultant and my current band is TeamRainbow. Wipro has mentioned 6 months probation period on my offer letter

-National grocery chain.
-Slightly different role: more admin / training others / governance / custom coding connectors, etc.

Curious if anyone else is or has been in the same boat. I started as an assistant at an entertainment law firm prior to passing the bar. Upon passing, the partner told me they would hire an assistant for me since I now became an associate. That was 1.5 years ago and I am still in the limbo of juggling my own workload + doing assistant roles for my supervisors. I have also had no increase in pay, which is a huge deal for me. I feel like it’s reasonable to not kill myself further to fit in more/turn things around faster at this point, but am I being unreasonable?
