How is the work life balance at IBM?
Hi, Is it good to join Salesforce for Technical Consultant role (YOE - 3.2 years) ?
I checked with few of my connections, they saying I will be mostly allocated to Salesforce industries (Vlocity) project. Please suggest about the team structure and work life balance for this role.
and also in future, is it possible to apply for IJP in Salesforce ?
Please provide your thoughts on this.
Thanks

Yes. I went to VT in October for five days, out of the office for three. I don’t have email on my phone or vpn so I came back to 100 emails. It took hours to sort through. It was really nice getting away and focusing on the time with my daughter. It was much needed.
just remember sometimes it's alot of noise and old invite notifications :) that helps me

This is helpful. Doesn't make it less scary though. Cos I feel like I still have to sort through them all so as not to miss anything important
Hello all!🙂
I am an Admin/Executive Assistant with over 25yrs of experience. I have mostly worked for variet of employers, mostly non-profits during my career, (some government and corporations), but I am trying to get into the remote work force after being furloughed during the Pandemic, and mostly out of work for about a year! I am astounded it is so unexplicably difficult to find a position in 2024. Any advice on where to look and what salary range should I be asking for? Thank you.
Try creating a rule in your inbox to automatically filter out the invite notifications to a separate folder, that will remove a lot of the noise. You can turn it off after you’ve sorted thru everything else if you prefer the invites in your inbox. In my inbox, I have a rule that sorts all meeting responses to a folder, all declines to another folder, and any response that has comments stays in my inbox.
I have another rule for calendar invitations, they are sorted to another folder, but mostly bc I prefer to go through invites on the calendar versus my inbox.
