Financial Advisors

Bank of America financial solutions advisor. Has anyone worked in this role? What was your experience? I need to find a new job and I would like to learn more than the brief comments on Glassdoor.

What is the working environment like? I read their systems are disorganized, management disconnected, most of day is spent documenting your work, and your bonuses mysteriously disappear. I consider myself decent at telemarketing and relationship building. Is there any hope with this job? Or is it just more like a bridge between jobs when there’s nothing better?

Thanks for the candid feedback guys. I have been contacted by recruiters for last few years trying to get me into this job. Those sales goals seem pretty easy to hit, although I’m not sure what type of client walks into that bank. Maybe if they are bottom of the barrel it’s more difficult. I’m open to any other comments you may have.

You’ll have EXTREMELY unrealistic sales goals of bringing in $1 million per month in new money. If you don’t hit your goal 3 months in a row you’ll be put on a performance plan

If anyone wants to join a boutique HR & Talent Advisory consulting firm, Kincentric is hiring for an Associate Partner role! Location doesn’t really matter, but preferably in IL, NY, or ATL.
