Currently working as a part/time remote contractor (jr role) for a company based in/incorporated in the British Virgin Islands as a side hustle.
The non-compete mentions I cannot work for a “direct” or “indirect” competitor during or for 2 years after working with my current company.
I’m based in the US but may move abroad to Asia at some point this year. Will this noncompete be valid/enforceable? Thx for the feedback 🐠

I proceed to ask how much PTO is offered and he said that is not recommend within the first 6 months of working and the harder you work the more PTO you receive. HNY all! I have multiple rollover and traditional IRAs, as well as a solo 401k. But (since I started paying attention to this kind of thing) have always been over the income limit to start a Roth IRA.
