It’s 16 for an associate, plus the week between Christmas and New Years Day plus holidays everyone gets. It ramps pretty quickly as you progress. I think managers get 26 or 28 days? Better than unlimited as many folks will get the short end of that scam.

BDO 4 — I mean I guess but as a new staff I had an entire week for July 4th & Christmas/New Years then like 20 days of PTO so good luck convincing them to pay their dues lol
Rising Star
Unlimited 🙋♂️
Have taken more at EY in half a year than I would on a full year at pwc
16 days seems low to me for public accounting
bdo is 16 days. they do have christmas break and a few loose holidays. their parental leave is ass too.
seriously outdated. wish people would raise hell ab it
Unlimited PTO + about 18 days of firm paid holidays which includes a week off between Christmas and New Year and a week off for 4th of July
I think my firm is 25 or 30, will have to check.
Unlimited. Plus like 9 holidays and a disconnect day each month.
I think I’m at 20 as an associate

Yikes.. I’ve got 5 weeks here @ PwC
The difference between 22 days and 5 weeks is only 3 days. This doesn't seem that crazy at all.
Unlimited at GT
Unlimited.
I’d negotiate that or shop around in this market. That’s a hard no from me
Does it is include sick days?
Sick days are not a thing. So yes, they are “included”
I think I have 22
25 at Deloitte….not like I’ve ever come close to using that in 6 years though….
Our company started an unlimited PTO program last year.
That's really low. Wow.
I believe it’s 22 once you make manager. And an additional13 holidays which includes the firm closure between Christmas and New Years.
Lmao yikes
