Be honest: do juniors always get promoted as a pair or can one get promoted without the other?
For context: I’ve been at my job for almost 3 years and several coworkers have told me that they already think of me as a mid-level/ that I’m overdue for a promotion. Is it possible I’m not moving up because people think my partner isn’t ready or is there a different/ more likely reason?

I got an offer from TCS of 8.13LPA for 4 yoe in automotive domain and accepted that offer. but my salary was revised from 6.2 to 7.74 LPA in appraisal at my current company, now if I compare it with tcs it is I am getting less than 10% raise in tcs . How should I approach to HR in tcs regarding this issue.

PS. I still need to put my paper. And first time switching company.

Keep getting approached by rival firms for ~50% salary increases in London. Raised it with my company and got a 5% raise. Colleague has put in his resignation. They are offering him whatever he wants to stay including 4days a week work from home. He’s not bluffing and plans to leave. I was an AE for two years, took a promotion at another agency for SAE for only 8 months and am now being recruited for AS at 80k.
