Hi All, Today I've resigned and my LOD is 2 Sept. Can anyone please let me know for these 90 days salary would be credited only after FnF. Or June'22 salary will be credited as usual, however, July and September salary would be credited during FnF. Please confirm or suggest.

Anyone with insight on Tyson Mendes?
Hi all, does anyone know of any recruiters or hiring managers that work in Affirm Inc. I've been applying for a couple of jobs with them . The role I have applied for I know lam a extraordinary fit for
100% and can help the company/ department succeed. I have a good deal of experience with this role and would love to talk to a recruiter or a hiring manager more about this. If anyone
could reach out to me if you have any information on that I would greatly appreciate it.
Can anyone here give a referral?

Loyalty isn't rewarded anymore. But leaders cry about the lack of loyalty when they experience high turnover. Well, duh, what do they expect? Job hopping is the only alternative for higher pay these days.

That's why a lot of people job hop. It's much easier to move ahead and earn a higher rate of pay by moving to a new company. Loyalty means nothing half the time. My company is hiring an EA and one person got a competing offer. Upper management told them to offer her more. More than what current employees were making. It's ridiculous but im not surprised.
I feel exactly the same. As the other user posted, better to leave for the pay bump. But also consider the stress levels. Sometimes more pay is not worth the headaches.
Never, ever be loyal to a company. They know it and they will take advantage of you. Learn what you’re going to learn and if there is no growth or pay raises why are you still there?
Nope, same. That’s why I’m looking to leave my company. Why stay for MAYBE a 3% raise when I can go elsewhere and negotiate 10-15% more
