Why are you using AMEX platinum for your regular spend? Only the one bonus category. Pair with AMEX gold or Chase Preferred or Reserve (visa) to get some dining and travel points. For no annual fee Chase freedom is 3% back in first year and Citi double cash gives 2% on everything.
If you have a corporate AMEX you can combine your points with your personal card
Chase freedom unlimited has 3x on all purchases for first year, no AF

Zero annual fee? I’m being charged 95/yr
