Today i got call from HR she said your profile is on hold due to budget issue.
My problem is thats I have not yet resigned from my current job and Due to 3 months NP none of them ready to take my Interview.
Feeling Demotivated now after TCS ' HR call.

OP, you should be writing these down in advance as part of your interview prep and bring a notebook to the interview for notes and for referencing back to your questions. If you're not, that's not good interview preparation or practice. Good luck!
With creative directors, I ask them about campaigns I liked that they recently did, and what the process was like. With HR, I ask them where they got their shirt or something stupid.
I always ask about their journey to get the job they have. People love to talk about themselves and then feel understood.
What do you like best about working here? What are the toughest challenges?
Is there anything about me that you still need to know to make sure I’m right for this role?
How much decision making on the agency’s focus is made locally (vs. to appease holding company masters and shareholders)?
Are people happy here? What’s the vibe in the office?
What does the career growth and trajectory look like for this position? What made you decide to accept employment at this company? What does your day to day routine look like?
Can you give me an idea of the percentages of agency revenue by account? (Any one account over 30%, ask about the stability of that account).
Pretty standard but "what challenges do you face on this account/this team?"
I like to ask : What are you doing this for?
Gets some very good answers and if they start getting uncomfortable, or say why ... get out of there
How do you win pitches ?
How would you describe your management style?
What would you like to see more or less of here?
Do the other departments get judged/graded/reviewed on final creative product or just creative?
