Just ran the numbers and it seems like undergrad and grad school costs will be through the roof when my kids go to school in 15 years. Just did an online quote with Progressive, and for identical coverages it was $200 less, BUT their homeowners was about $500 more so total cost worse. Geico comes in higher too.

Anyone here involved with MBA recruiting? My friend is trying to decide if he wants to attend Kellogg this fall (from South Korea) or just continue his job and re apply to business school for next fall or two years from now. He has an undergrad from a top 10 US school and wants to come back to the US and is also worried about the trump administration and whether he’ll even get to stay in the US.

We’re at the end of refinancing and my loan officer wants a letter indicating what my federal student loan payments will be after the forbearance is over. My last recalculation happened in 2019, so I gave him that letter but he says it’s too old. The loan verification letter from Fedloan reflects just $0 payments and $0 due, in forbearance until September. Has anyone else run into this and if so, how did you get around it? I could write a letter explaining but not sure what else to do. TIA
