Best way to prepare for new PMP? Planning to try in 1-2 months.

Compared to FRM, CFA is tough because it requires an enormous commitment to complete all three levels

I left KPMG about a month ago to be a senior leader in a smaller tech company's finance function. It isn't bad, get pretty great flexibility... but I don't think I like it overall. How long do I have to stay until I can boomerang to consulting without it looking bad? Given the crazy hiring right now, can I do it sooner rather than later?

Fellow 🐟 any thoughts? Received an offer from Deloitte -> Role Manager, Base 180K HCOL, YOE 8, Current Base -> 150K and may get close to 160K in 3 Months. Is it worth the jump? Pros in current role -> High Visibility due to small practice, 45 to 50 Hr work week. Will be SM in next 2 to 3 Years, Cons - TC, Brand Value, Mid Tier Clients. Any opinions?

Work environment is great, friendly and multicultural but I don't like the job at all.
Personal life is not so nice since I manage to see my family and gf every 30/45 days only. Colleagues have their own lives and at the end we don't hang out much.
My dilemma is:
A) going back to Italy at a lower salary with less growth opps but better personal life or
B) Switching my job here and hold on
