A “life coach” who will tell you to get out of the law for $1,000.

But seriously, an assault bike, rower, or Ski Erg would be legit if you have a home gym

like

Rowers are pretty good

Bowflex selectech dumbbells and an adjustable bench covers most everything and won’t take up a ton of space. I’m happy with them. I also bought the X3 system and had good results, but got bored with it.

like

Second the dumbbells. Was a very solid addition to my home gym. I’d add a rower or exercise bike. Then toss some horse mats on the ground, snag some cheap exercise bands, maybe a medicine ball and ab wheel, and you’ve got yourself a fully functional private home gym. If you do it right, you can get all that for under $1500.

Long story short: last year in Nov 2020 I accept an offer for concentrix but unable to join due to COVID situation and got approval from the reporting manager it was only for a week.
Now recently I got offer for concentrix pune but they are asking to continue with last package which is below the baseline for this process.
When I spoke to the HR he says it's the policy and nothing can be done.
I loved the process but it would be really hard for me with the package.

Is there an easy/efficient way to figure out how much you've contributed to vs earned in your Roth accounts? I started contributing >20 years ago to my employer's Roth 401k and have rolled it over to a Roth IRA and moved it between multiple custodians, e.g. Fidelity, Vanguard, UBS, Personal Capital, etc. It is unclear to me how much I contributed vs how much I earned by investing it.

The purpose of doing this is I want to use $10K of it, but want to prove that the $10K is from my contribution.
