If it makes you feel better, most years I got nothing as a bonus from the agency side. Moving in house tho, I get like 18-37% bonus of my base depending on how well we do/personal performance

What’s a “bonus”? I’ve never experienced such a thing
That’s pretty low but not surprised. I’d suggest you push for a higher salary. There are many things that goes into determining a bonus
Agency revenue on LinkedIn is not an accurate picture of cash flow. Sure, that’s the dollar amount that may have passed through the agency in some form or another, but what an agency actually makes is based on percentages. Markup in media vs total media spend, for example. I would focus on bringing up your annual salary vs worrying about bonus.

Ouch! My target bonus at manger level is 15%. I’m at a publicly traded CPG (so in house).
Agencies are constantly underpaying when compared to revenue growth. Benchmark your bonus and comp with the market, and then have a conversation. This new normal needs to be challenged.
Honestly, I never get bonuses. I've been in marketing my entire career and I've never seen a bonus check, not once. I would say 3% is pretty decent, because that's what people are getting for whole raises.
